Where are your products made?
All our HorsePrint products are manufactured in Europe. We work with local partners and specialized workshops that adhere to strict quality standards. This allows us to guarantee careful manufacturing, optimal quality, and support sustainable production. Furthermore, by producing in Europe, we limit our carbon footprint and ensure we adhere to ethical and responsible production standards.
What materials do you use?
At HorsePrint, we select high-quality technical materials that combine performance and durability. We use, in particular:

What are your production and delivery times?
Our standard lead times are 15 to 20 working days for production and 3 to 4 days for delivery. If you have an urgent need, contact us to see what we can do.
Do you offer special deals or discounts for clubs or bulk orders?
Yes, we offer sliding-scale prices for large orders, especially for clubs, stables or events. Contact us directly for a personalized quote.
Are your products suitable for sensitive horses?
Yes, our products are designed with soft, breathable materials, guaranteeing the comfort of even the most sensitive horses.
Are your products tested before they are sold?
Yes, all our products are tested under real-life conditions by professional and amateur riders to guarantee durability, comfort and performance.
Products and customization
Which files are required for customization?
For logos and designs, we accept files in PNG, JPEG or PDF format, ideally in high resolution for optimum rendering.
Can I change my personalization after placing an order?
If production hasn’t started yet, you can contact us quickly to request a change. Once production has started, changes are no longer possible.
Will the colors of my customization match what I see on the screen?
We use high-precision printing techniques, but there may be slight differences due to screens. If a specific color is essential, please let us know.
Do you offer advice on how to create my design?
Yes, our team is available to help you with your design if you need inspiration or technical assistance.
Can I include a photo in my customization?
Yes, we can integrate photos into your equipment. Just make sure the resolution is sufficient to guarantee a sharp, professional rendering.
How does personalization work?
Thanks to our PRO Configurator, you can personalize every aspect of your product. Choose the colors, add a logo, text or motif, and visualize your design in real time before confirming your order.
Can I harmonize all my equipment?
Yes, with HorsePrint you can coordinate mats, blankets, jackets and other equipment for a perfectly uniform look.
What types of logos or designs can I add?
You can add your logo, club logo, drawings or personalized text. We accept high-resolution files to guarantee impeccable rendering. We recommend a minimum of 300 dpi for visuals to guarantee sharpness.
Do you offer special sizes?
Yes, we tailor our equipment to the needs of each horse or rider, whether it’s a pony, a sport horse or specific clothing sizes.
Is there a limit to the number of colors or patterns I can incorporate?
No, you can use as many colors and patterns as you like. You’re free to be creative.
Ordering and delivery
How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary according to customization, but most orders are delivered within 10 to 15 working days after validation.
Do you deliver internationally?
We currently deliver to France and certain European countries. If you are outside these areas, please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
What happens if I receive an incorrect or damaged product?
If a product does not conform or arrives damaged, contact our customer service within 3 days to arrange an exchange or refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
Can I order from abroad?
Yes, we deliver all over Europe. If you are outside Europe, please contact us to see if delivery is possible.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with a summary of your order and a link to track its status.
Delivery and acceptance
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If a product is damaged on receipt, please contact us within 3 days with photos so that we can resolve the problem quickly.
Do you deliver express?
Yes, for urgent needs, we offer express delivery options. Please contact us before placing your order.
Can I collect my order directly from you?
Currently, all orders are shipped. If you have a specific need, contact us to see what’s possible.

How do I maintain my customized equipment?
Our equipment is easy to maintain. Rugs and blankets can be machine-washed at low temperature. Personalized garments should be washed inside out to preserve the prints.
Do your products stand up to intensive use?
Yes, our products are designed to withstand intensive daily use, including in demanding conditions such as competitions or regular training sessions.
Does personalization stand up to washing?
Yes, thanks to our high-quality printing techniques, customizations remain intact even after many washes.
