General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (GTCU)
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter referred to as the “GTCU”) govern :
- Use of the website https://www.horseprint.fr (hereinafter “the Site”).
- The conditions of order, delivery, payment and guarantee of the products offered by OLB SPORTS LTD, a company registered in Bulgaria under the number UIC 208208044, whose registered office is located at Boulevard Vitosha №78 fl.1 apt.1, SOFIA region, city of SOFIA 1463, Bulgaria (hereinafter “HorsePrint”).
- The contractual relationship between HorsePrint and any professional or private user or customer (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”).
Access to the Site, browsing or validation of an order implies full acceptance of these GTCU, without reservation or restriction. These GTCU prevail over any other document or condition, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by HorsePrint.
1. Definitions
- Customer: Any individual or legal entity accessing the Site or placing an order with HorsePrint.
- Customized Products: Products made to customer specifications (dimensions, logos, colors, etc.). These products do not benefit from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L221-28 of the European Consumer Code.
- User: Any person accessing the Site, whether a Customer or a visitor.
- Force Majeure: Unpredictable, irresistible and external event preventing performance of a contractual obligation, as defined in article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

3. Purpose and scope of application
These GCU apply to all sales and contractual relations between HorsePrint and the Customer, whether professional or private, for all orders placed on the Site or within the framework of a direct commercial relationship.
In the event of any contradiction between the GTCU and any special conditions agreed in writing between HorsePrint and a Professional Customer, the special conditions shall prevail.
4. Products and services
4.1. Product description
HorsePrint offers a range of standard and customized equestrian products, manufactured to high quality standards. The essential characteristics of the products are described on the Site. Photographs, graphics and descriptions are provided for information only and have no contractual value.
4.2. Customized products
Customized Products are manufactured according to the specifications provided by the Customer. Due to their custom-made nature, they cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or proven non-conformity with the validated order.
The Customer is solely responsible for :
- The relevance and accuracy of the information provided (dimensions, colors, logos, texts, etc.).
- The quality of the files transmitted. HorsePrint is not obliged to correct or optimize the files supplied.
- Any incompatibility or unsuitability between the product ordered and its intended use.
5. Ordering & using the online configurator
5.1. Ordering process
- Orders are placed exclusively via the Site or any other channel authorized by HorsePrint. All orders are considered final after :
- Written confirmation of order by HorsePrint.
- Full payment of the amount due by the Customer.
5.2. Checking files
HorsePrint performs a limited technical check (legibility and size of files). The customer may subscribe to a paying option for an in-depth check. In the absence of this option, the customer assumes full responsibility for any errors contained in his files.
5.3. Cancellation or modification
Orders for personalized products cannot be cancelled or modified after validation, except with the prior written agreement of HorsePrint. Any cancellation will result in the invoicing of the costs incurred.
5.4. Configurator description
HorsePrint offers an online personalization tool (the Configurator) enabling Customers to design their own products by integrating texts, logos, images or any other specifications. This tool is provided to facilitate the creation of customized products according to the Customer’s needs and preferences.
5.5. Customer's obligations
By using the Configurator, the Customer agrees to :
- Respect the laws in force and not include any illegal, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory or immoral content.
- Guarantee the rights to the content provided and certify that you own the rights or have the necessary authorizations to use the logos, images, texts or any other content integrated via the Configurator.
- Provide quality files. HorsePrint cannot be held responsible for unsatisfactory results resulting from files of poor quality or not conforming to specifications.
5.6. Verification and liability
- Control by HorsePrint: HorsePrint reserves the right to refuse any order containing elements that are inappropriate or contrary to the law. In this case, the Customer will be informed and invited to submit new content.
- Customer responsibility: The Customer is solely responsible for the elements integrated into the Configurator and guarantees HorsePrint against any claim or legal action from third parties related to the use of these elements.
- Technical modifications: HorsePrint may adjust the elements supplied by the Customer (dimensions, resolution, colors) in accordance with the technical constraints linked to the manufacture of the products.
5.7. Compensation
In the event of a dispute relating to the content provided via the Configurator, the Customer undertakes to indemnify HorsePrint for all costs incurred, including the costs of defending and indemnifying third parties.
5.8. Limitation of HorsePrint's liability
HorsePrint makes every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the Configurator, but cannot be held responsible:
- Temporary tool malfunctions.
- Unsatisfactory results due to misuse or non-compliant files supplied by the Customer.
6. Prices and payment
6.1. Rates
Product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes. HorsePrint reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the prices applied will be those in force at the time the order is validated.
6.2. Terms of payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted methods of payment include credit card, bank transfer and any other method specified on the Site. In the event of non-payment, HorsePrint reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order without prior notice.
7. Delivery
7.1. Delivery times
Delivery times are given as an indication only. HorsePrint cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs or any other circumstance beyond its control.
7.2. Transfer of risk
The risks associated with transport are transferred to the Customer as soon as the products are handed over to the carrier. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the products on receipt and to immediately report any damage to the carrier, by making written reservations.
8. Warranty and liability
8.1. Legal warranty
HorsePrint guarantees the conformity of the products and their suitability for normal use. In the event of a proven defect, HorsePrint undertakes to replace or repair the product concerned within a reasonable period of time.
8.2. Limitation of liability
HorsePrint cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused by misuse or by products that do not conform to their intended use, unless there is formal proof of a manufacturing defect.
9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the European Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products. For standard products, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise his right of withdrawal, provided that the products are returned in their original condition.
10. Force majeure
HorsePrint cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of its contractual obligations in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to: strikes, fires, natural disasters, pandemics, interruptions of communication networks.
11. Intellectual property
All elements of the site (texts, images, videos, logos) are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
The owners, Mr Olivier Mandits and Mrs Léa Lopez, hold the property rights to the HorsePrint brand and all associated elements.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GTCU are governed by Bulgarian law, but consumers benefit from the legal protections offered by the legislation of their country of residence. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the consumer’s country of residence.
13. Personal data
13.1. Data controller
In accordance with the RGPD, HorsePrint collects and uses personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and managing customer relations. The Customer has the following rights: access, rectification, deletion, and data portability.
13.2 Nature of data collected
The data collected includes, but is not limited to:
- Identity and contact data :
- Last name, first name, postal address, email address, telephone number.
- Order data :
- Information on products purchased, transaction amounts, order history.
- Navigation data :
- IP address, browser type, connection data, pages visited.
- Data transmitted via the configurator :
- Logos, texts, images or any content submitted by the user for personalization.
13.3 Purpose of processing
The data collected on the site is used for :
- Executing commands :
- Processing and delivery of ordered products.
- Customer relationship management :
- Answers to users’ requests for information, complaints or questions.
- Service improvement :
- Statistical analysis and optimization of user experience.
- Marketing and communications :
- Sending newsletters, promotional offers or advertising campaigns, subject to the customer’s prior consent.
13.4. Legal basis for processing
Data processing is carried out in accordance with the following legal bases:
- Contractual performance :
- Data required to process orders and deliver products.
- Consent :
- Data used for marketing or advertising purposes.
- Legitimate interest :
- Data collected to improve user experience or prevent fraud.
13.6. Data retention
- Order data :
- Kept for 6 years to comply with tax and legal requirements.
- Contact data (marketing) :
- Kept for up to 3 years after the last interaction with the customer, unless the customer objects.
- Navigation data :
- Kept for a maximum of 12 months.
13.7. User rights
In accordance with the RGPD, users have the following rights:
- Right of access: Obtain a copy of the personal data held.
- Right of rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Right to erasure: Request the deletion of data to the extent permitted by law.
- Right to restrict processing: temporarily suspend data processing.
- Right to portability: Receive the data supplied in a structured and readable format.
- Right to object: Oppose the use of data for commercial prospecting purposes.
- Post-mortem directives: Define instructions for the retention, deletion or communication of data after death.

13.8. Transfer of data outside the EU
The data collected is not transferred outside the European Union. Should a transfer be envisaged, those responsible undertake to inform users and guarantee a level of protection that complies with the RGPD.
